Breaking: School collapses in Far North region

This video clip has just come through from our partner NGO in Cameroon. The primary school is in the Far North region. It collapsed on top of the children studying inside.

Details are still coming through but we are hoping that we will be able to help this community by building a solid, durable, hygienic classroom block to replace this one.

Flash floods are common in this semi desert region. Buildings need to have strong foundations and be weatherproof if they are to withstand such unpredictable weather.
