[Daily News] RUVUMA — President Samia Suluhu Hassan has given a three-month ultimatum to the Minister of Water, Jumaa Aweso, and his Permanent Secretary, Mwajuma Waziri, to ensure that the entire Ruvuma region has access to water by December.
