Indian Ocean Commission: AléVini Regional Mobility Assistance Fund Cycle 3 (Union of Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles and Mozambique)

As part of the regional ICC development project in Indian Ocean, the IOC is launching the third round of allocation of ‘AléVini, regional mobility support fund’. The project, financed by the French Development Agency (AFD), aims to strengthen regional collaboration and contribute to local economic development linked to the structuring of cultural actors and their ecosystem.

Through this call for applications, the AléVini fund aims to promote inter-island cultural and artistic exchanges to strengthen the ICC value chain and develop the region’s artistic and cultural market by promoting the creation of professional networks. Priority will be given to projects that have an impact on equality by promoting the full participation and inclusion of women.

Applicants must be established in one of the beneficiary countries of the ICC project: Union of the Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles and Mozambique.

Eligible activities include networking mobility, creative mobility, and skills development mobility. The initial planned duration of an activity must be between 5 and 10 days. The mobility activity must take place between 15 February 2025 and 15 July 2025.

Eligible costs include inter-island and inter-regional travel costs, accommodation costs, visa fees, family help (for individual mobility) or additional baggage, air and sea freight, customs and transit fees, logistics service providers (for export of works)

This call includes two types of support assistance for regional mobility of the individual up to 2,500 EUR or aid for the export of works up to 500 EUR.
