Indian Ocean Commission: AléVini Regional Mobility Assistance Fund (Union of Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles and Mozambique)

To promote the development of cultural and creative industries, the Indian Ocean Commission (IOC), through its ICC development project in Indianoceania, is setting up different grants open to existing operators and initiatives in the region.
The AléVini Regional Mobility Assistance Fund aims to support inter-island exchanges and collaborations but also to promote access to regional markets, while strengthening the ICC value chain. Priority will be given to projects that have an impact on equality by promoting the full participation and inclusion of women.
Applicants must be established in one of the beneficiary countries of the ICC project: Union of the Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles and Mozambique.
Applicants must work in one of the following sectors:
Visual arts;
Performing arts;
Music;
Audiovisual/cinema;
Literature and books;
Architecture and design;
Digital arts;
Multidisciplinary forms of creative expression.
Eligible activities include networking mobility, creative mobility and mobility for skills development. The initial planned duration of an activity must be between 5 and 10 days. The mobility activity must take place between 1 July 2024 and 31 January 2025.
The fund can cover the costs of inter-island and inter-region travel, accomodation, visa and family support, to a maximum of 2,500 EUR per application.
