[Vanguard] A public health disease expert, Dr. Casmir Ifeanyi, has blamed the root cause of the current cholera outbreak in Nigeria on the lack of proper sanitation and inadequate healthcare infrastructure, saying that, “attributing the outbreak to rainfall is misleading and unscientific”.
