KENYA – Eat’N’Go limited, Africa’s largest master franchisee for Domino’s Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery and Pinkberry Gourmet Frozen Yoghurt, has entered into an exclusive distribution partnership with Pan-African e-commerce platform Jumia in Kenya through Jumia Foods.
The Quick Service Restaurant operator inked the deal that will see its customers order their favourite pizza online and have it delivered at their preferred location in minutes, fostering convenience.
To entice customers to utilize the online platform, Domino’s has availed a wide range of offering on its menu and issued 25% discount of orders fashioned on Jumia Food.
The move will enable the franchisee reach more customers as it continues with its strategic expansion plans.

Jumia Food Index 2021 report, placed pizza second as the top 3 most ordered food items in the country. Chicken came first while burgers were third.
Kenyans are becoming more creative and less traditional in the way they source for their daily meals.
“We are delighted to provide our online platform where consumers can order their favorite Pizza at the click of a button on Jumia Food, across the various Domino’s outlets in Nairobi and Mombasa,” Jumia Kenya CEO, Betty Mwangi said.
Dominos which has seven shops in Nairobi, one in Mombasa, targets to expand to at least 40 by end of the year.
Eat’N’Go which has now established over 180 stores across Africa is eyeing the East African region after acquisition of the Domino’s and Cold Stone franchise in Kenya earlier last year.
“As we expand to more markets, we will continue to bring with us our Pan African knowledge, combining this with the local teams’ expertise to shape our business strategy, to bring the best of product and services to our customers,” group managing director and CEO, Patrick McMichael said when Eat N Go opened its Wetlands store last month.
With operations in both Kenya and Nigeria, Eat N’ Go targets to have opened 230 stores by end of 2022.
